摘要
采用隔姜灸神阙治疗慢性腹泻３０例，总有效率９３．３３％。治疗前后检测外周血Ｔ细胞亚群ＣＤ＋３细胞、ＣＤ＋４细胞、ＣＤ＋８细胞以及ＮＫ杀伤细胞等含量均有相应变化。结合临床症状及体征改善情况，初步揭示临床疗效与Ｔ细胞亚群含量变化及机体免疫功能有密切相关。
cases of chronic diarrhea were treated with ginger moxibustion on Shengue (Ren 8).The total effective rate was 93.33%.The T lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood was detected before and after treatment respectively.It was found that the contents of CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 and NK cells changed after treatmet.With the combination of the improvement of symptoms and signs,the result indicates that the clinical effect is closely related to the immunologic function and the changes of T lymphocyte subpopulation.
