摘要
低温筒仓和自然通风干燥是常用的玉米干燥方式,但存在物料降水、降温不均匀和效率低等问题。针对低温筒仓干燥存在的问题,深入研究了仓内螺旋搅拌器的工作原理,设计了搅拌干燥试验台,研究了螺旋搅拌器结构参数和运动参数对搅拌器性能的影响,对七种不同尺寸的螺旋和两种粮食的干燥均匀性进行了对比试验,选出了较好的结构参数,为搅拌器的设计和应用提供了理论依据。
Low temperature silo and natural ventilation drying are the normal corn drying methods with the problem of inhomogeneous of material temperature decreasing,precipitation and low efficiency. To resolve these problems this paper studied the work principle of helical agitator in silo, and designed an agitation drying text table to investigate the effects of constructive and kinematic parameters on the agitator performance. The preferable parameters were obtained by contrasting 7 different size helical agitator and the drying uniformity of 2 kinds of foodstuff and provided theoretical basis for the design and application of the agitator.
