摘要
采用比色法对不同温度下植物酯酶活性进行研究,结果表明:不同温度对植物酯酶活力的影响较为显著(P<0.05)。小麦内乡188幼苗内植物酯酶是偏热性酶,但随反应温度的变化而呈偏正态分布,45℃时吸光值ΔA达最大值,以后酯酶活性则呈下降趋势。故以45℃时植物酯酶活力最佳,且为植物酯酶测定有机磷农药残留的最佳温度。
The effects of temperatures on the activity of the Phytoesterase were studied by colorimetric measurement. The results showed that the plants esterase were influenced by different temperatures significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). Neixiang 188 wheat esterase was preference enzyme in young sprout period, but its activity showed deflection normal distributing. Absorbance AA was maximum, decreased with increasing temperature. The optimal temperature for the activity of Phytoesterase to detect pesticide residue was 45 ℃.
