摘要
目的:提高小儿感冒颗粒质量标准。建立薄荷中薄荷脑、广藿香中百秋李醇的定性鉴别。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱条件,聚乙二醇以(PEG)-20 M 为固定液,涂布浓度为10%,柱长为2 M,采用程序升温。百秋李醇;初始温度100℃,保持5 min,以10 ℃·min^(-1)的速度升温至120℃,保持10min,再以10℃·min^(-1)升温至140℃保持5 min:。薄荷脑;初始温度140℃,保持5min 后,以40℃·min^(-1)升温至180℃,保持15 min,进样体积均为5μL,使用氢火焰离子检测器。结果:检出薄倚脑和百秋李醇。结论:本方法准确,灵敏度高,可用于小儿感冒颗粒质量标准控制。
Objective :To establish the method for quality control of Xiao er Gan mao granules. Methods: Menthol in the Herba Menthae and pathocohol in the cablin patchoali were identified by gas chromatographic, using a column packed with PEG -20 M as stationary phase. Concentration is 10%. The column length was 2 M. Nitrogen gas was used as carrier gas and FID . Patchoulialeoho;The column is gradiently raised with initial temperature at 100℃, sustained for 5 min,then raised to 120℃,at the rate of 10℃·min^-1,sustained for 10 rain,then raised to 140 at the rate of 10℃·min^-1 sustained for 10 min. Menthol:The column temperature by programming controller;The column is gradlently raised with initial temperature at 140℃ ,sustained for 5 min,then raised to 180℃ ,At the rate of 40 ℃·min^-1 sustained for 15 min. Results:com out patchoulialeoho and Mentho be deteced by gas chromato- graphic. Conclusion:The method is accurate. ,rapid and simple,It can be applied for the quality control of Xiao er Gan mao granules.
