摘要
目的探讨困难腹腔镜胆囊切除术的处理。方法回顾分析2002年11月～2007年5月86例困难LC的临床资料,探讨手术的方法和技巧。结果LC完成82例,中转开腹4例,未发生胆管损伤等严重并发症。结论后侧分离半体解剖在困难的腹腔镜胆囊切除术中有独特的优势。
Objective To investigate the treatment with the hard laparoseopie eholecystectomy. Methods Respectively analyze the clinical materials of 86 cases hard LCs from November, 2002 to May, 2007 and explore the operation methods and skills. Resulta 82 cases LCs were finished and 4 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy without any severe complications such as injuries of the bile ducts. Conclusion The posterior separating hemicorpor anatomy has the unique advantage in the hard laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
