摘要
本文运用基于超效率的数据包络分析(DEA)方法,利用变量相关性理论建立评价指标体系,对我国各地区科技资源配置的相对有效性进行研究,并根据聚类分析法对各地区的配置效率进行分类,指出了各类地区在科技资源配置方面存在的优点与不足,并有针对性地提出了建议,有利于把握我国科技资源配置方面在整体上存在的问题,审视相应的政策安排。
In this paper, the theory of super data envelopment analysis was applied in the evaluation of relative validity of region＇s S＆T resource allocation. The evaluation index system was elected with the application of the variable relativity theory, and based on cluster analysis, we gave the classification of region＇s allocation validity. Furthermore, the evaluated results were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
