摘要 目前,高职教育存在的突出问题是人才培养的质量不能很好地满足社会需求,在国家有关政策和文件精神的指导下,浙江工贸职院发挥校企联合改制的独特优势,以项目课程开发和生产性实训结合为核心,探索和实施了“三三制”工学结合人才培养模式。该模式以生产性实训为抓手,推行了校企合作的办学模式改革,学做合一的学习模式改革及产教结合的教学模式改革,并通过开展项目课程和生产性实训,实现了人才培养过程的三证贯通。 Nowadays, the prominent problems existed in higher vocational education is that the quality of talent cultivation can't meet the demand of social demand satisfactorily. Under the guidance of national policy and documents, Zhejiang vocational and technical college of economic business took the unique advantage of united system reform of school and enterprise, explored and practised the talent cultivation model of combination of school with enterprise of "three-three-system" centered by project curriculum development and production training. Under the model, the school carried out school-running model reform of cooperation of school with enterprise, learning model reform of integration of learning with doing and teaching model reform of production with teaching depending on production practice training. Through deploying project curriculum and production practice training, the school has achieved the transfixion of three certificates in talent cultivation process.
