Low Potassium Tolerance of Different Maize Inbreds to at Seeding Stage

摘要 选择玉米耐低钾自交系J6-1、较耐低钾自交系N40和不耐低钾自交系丹937,在5个不同钾素浓度水平下对其幼苗性状和钾素作用指数进行比较。结果表明,随着钾素水平的升高,3个自交系的衰老叶片数、株高、叶面积、干重和叶绿素的钾素作用指数随之变化;变化最大的为丹937,其次为N40。这些性状指数在一定程度上反映了不同玉米的耐低钾能力,其中以干重、叶面积和株高的钾素作用指数最为明显,是较为理想的耐低钾筛选鉴定指标。 Three maize inbred lines J6-1, N40 and Dan937 have different tolerance to low potassium. The results indicated that there were significant difference among the indices of potassium effect on the number of yellowish leaves, plant height, leaf area, dry weight and the content of leaf chlorophyll in different potassium treatments. The changes of Dan937 under low potassium were most obvious. The indices of potassium effect of the plant height, leaf area and dry weight were good selection criteria of low potassium tolerance.
