糖尿病心肌病的发病机制和干预研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 糖尿病性心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DC)是糖尿病性心脏病的特异性病变.早在1972年.Ruber等人根据4个成年糖尿病(diabetes mellitus.DM)患者在无明显的冠状动脉及瓣膜病变、先天性心脏病、高血压及酗酒的情况下罹患充血性心衰首次提出DC的概念。迄今已有较多的证据表明,部分DM患者出现的心力衰竭与大血管的粥样硬化无关.而由DC所致。本文就DC的发病机制、心功能改变及干预治疗作一综述。
