摘要
铅是一种对人体有害的重金属元素,在各种物质中的含量受到严格的限制。文章对常用的检测铅的方法进行了综述,包括二硫腙比色法、极谱法、氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法、能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)、火焰原子吸收分光光度法、石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体法(ICP),并对各方法的优缺点和适用范围做了评价。
Lead is one of toxic metal elements, and its content is strictly limited. Universal detecting methods for trace lead were reviewed in the paper, including disulfide hydrazone colorimetryalso, polarography, HG-AFS, EDXRF, flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry, ICP. The advantages, disadvantages and use scope of each method were evaluated, too.
