The Karl Fischer method for determining water was introduced in the paper. The determining principal was analyzed. Several effects on the accuracy of Karl Fischer method for determining water which were the pH of sample, the weight of sample, sample handling, the titre of Karl Fischer Reagents, by-reaction, drift, electrode were discussed.
