摘要
本文通过对1999年以来山西省专利申请情况的分析，特别是对2006年以后申请量高速增长的相关数据进行比较后得出，多年来全省调整经济结构工作初见成效，促进了技术创新的发展和积累。特别是近年来山西省加强对知识产权工作的政策引导和扶持，推进了专利申请量的迅速增加，今后仍将继续保持高增长。
Based on the analysis of patent applications in Shanxi Province since 1999, especially the comparison of related data from dramatically increasing application amount after 2006. The paper gives to a conclusion that adjusting economic structure work in the whole province has achieved an initial success. This prompts the development and accumulation of the technical innovation. Moreover, in recent years, the intellectual property work has been politically guided and supported in Shanxi Province, which boosts the rapid increase of patent application amount that will continue to maintain the high-speed growth in furore.
