摘要
北京西站主站房门楼为巨型的大跨度、重荷载钢结构工程 ,为提高承载力 ,减小用钢量 ,决定对4榀45m跨主桁架采用预应力技术。预应力筋采用无粘结高强钢绞线 ,外套钢管并灌浆 ,解决防火防腐问题。工程实践证明 ,对钢桁架进行预应力施工是可行的。
The gateway tower of the Beijing Western Railway Station's main building is a large-span and heavy load bearing steel structure project.In order to increase its load bearing capacity and reduce its steel comsumption,the four main 45m span steel trusses of the gateway tower have been designed with prestress technology.The high-strength wire strands adopted and used for prestress without bond;and covered throughout casing pipes.Practice has time and again confirmed that the prestressed steel truss construction technology is highly applicable and reliable.
