基于线结构光视觉传感的焊缝跟踪系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决焊接时产生的强弧光、烟尘等对图像特征提取的干扰,提高焊缝检测的实时性与稳定性,采用基于二维图像的三维物体运动估计来提高图像特征提取速度,同时引入了可变窗口来提高图像处理的稳定性;应用焊缝特征类型库对提取出来的图像特征信息进行判断来提高图像处理的稳定性。 in order to overcome the interference of heavy arc and thick smoke, improve the processing speed and robust of seam feature extraction,3-D Motion estimation based on 2-D image is introduced to improve the seam feature extraction speed,introduce variable window to improve the boust of feature extraction;Seam type module is introduced to valid the extracted seam feature to improve the robust.
