摘要
介绍了尼尼66连续聚合生产工艺;探讨了尼龙66连续聚合生产中的蒸汽回收工艺,采用反应器工艺蒸汽加热第二蒸发器,第二蒸发器工艺蒸汽加热第一蒸发器,蒸汽冷凝水加热盐液预热器,最后进入污水处理厂。结果表明,尼龙66连续聚合生产中的蒸汽回收利用后,蒸汽消耗下降655 kg/h,避免了己二胺等污染物直接排人大气,实现了节能环保及降低生产成本的目的。
The continuous polycondensation process of nylon 66 was introduced. The steam recycle for nylon 66 continuous polycondensation process was discussed, i. e, utilizing the technical steam from the reactor to heat the second evaporator, the technical steam from the second evaporator to heat the first evaporator and steam condensate water to heat salt solution preheater and discharging into sewage treatment plant for recycling. The results showed that the steam recycle for nylon 66 continuous polycondensation process could reduce the steam consumption by 655 kg/h and avoid the pollutant of hexamethylene diamine discharging into the atmosphere directly, hence realize the energy saving, environment protection and production cost reduction.
