摘要
设计出一种基于多通道窄带滤波阵列的微型多光谱成像仪。系统根据推帚式成像光谱仪的原理进行设计,采用多通道窄带滤波阵列在后光学系统进行分光,利用高精度载物台驱动实验目标进行推扫成像,选用USB总线作为数据采集的微机接口。整个系统由宽光谱光源、普通光学镜头、分光滤波片、面阵CCD成像装置、载物台自动装置以及数据采集和控制模块等几部分组成。系统的光谱范围从760nm到900nm,共16个波段,光谱分辨率<10nm。系统具有同时获取不同波长光谱信息、结构紧凑、成本低、可靠性强和小型化等优点;不仅能够提供目标在近红外的单波段光谱图像,而且能够获得图像中任意像素的光谱曲线,实现光谱技术和成像技术的结合。
A novel micro multi-spectral imaging system was presented, and its operating principle, structure, hardware and software design were discussed. It was designed based on the principle of pushbroom multi-spectral imager, a multi-channel narrow band filter array was used as spectrum-dividing component, and USB was used as computer interface of high-speed imaging spectral data acquiring subsystem. The whole system was composed of abroad spectrum light source, a normal optical lens, spectrum-dividing filter, an area CCD device, an automatic stage and data acquisition and control subsystem. Compared to other spectrum-dividing technologies , the narrowband filter array has advantages such as acquiring spectral information simultaneously, compact structure ,low cost, high credibility and miniature. The system is capable of performing spectral image in plenty of spectral bands and spectral curves in any image pixel, in the spectral range from 760 to 900 nm. The spectral resolution is less than 10 nm.
