摘要
本文复习了胃癌ＣＴ诊断的有关文献，并结合我们的经验，介绍了胃的ＣＴ检查方法及正常表现，探讨不同类型胃癌的ＣＴ表现以及胃癌浸及浆膜和周围脏器、淋巴结转移等的ＣＴ征象。
PURPOSE:Several aspects of this article are: the review of relative articles about the diagnosis of gastric cancer with CT; the introduction of the examination techniques and normal presentations of stomach by means of CT with in our experiences; the exploration of the CT presentations of different types of gastric cancer; and the CT diagnosing characteristics of gastric cancer infiltration to serosa surface and organs around it、and the lymphonodules metastases.
