摘要
对25例特发性脊柱侧凸患者采用侧卧位CT扫描正位定像法,测量上终推、顶推和下终椎椎骨旋转角度与Cobb’s角的关系、棘突轴心线与两侧椎弓根轴心线所夹角的关系、椎骨旋转与棘突移位分级的关系。结果显示,上终推椎体旋转角度与Cobb’s角无相关性(P>0.2);顶推和下终推与Cobb’s角均有相关性(P<0.01);上终椎、顶推和下终难的凹侧和凸侧椎弓根轴心线与棘突轴心线所夹角度有显著差异,凹侧明显增大,凸侧明显减少;椎体旋转与棘突移位分级之间无相关性。
The relationship between the rotation angle of superior vertebrae,vertex vertebrae and inferi-or terminal vertebrae and Cobb's angle, between the axon of spinal process and the angle of two sides ofthe axon of the spinal pedicles,the cornparison between the vertebral rotation and the grading of spinalprocess shifting were studied on 25 idiopathic scoliosis by posterior-anterior CT scilnning in the lateralposition. The results showed that the Cobb' s angle had no interrelations with the rotation angle of supe-rior terminal vertebrae (P> 0. 2 ), but with that of the vertex vertebrae and in ferior vertebrae (P< 0.001). There was marked difference between the concave and the convex sides of the superior terminal,vertex and the inferior termina1 vertebrae in the angle between the axon of pedicle and the spinal pro-cess. The concave increased and the convex decreased. There were no interrelations between the verte-bral rotation and the grading of spinal process shifting.
