摘要
目的探讨AIDS病人眼部带状疱疹病毒机会性感染的严重性、预后、治疗以及预防。方法医院眼科门诊确诊的AIDS眼部带状疱疹机会性感染病例行回顾性分析。结果AIDS眼部带状疱疹病毒机会性感染炎症严重，治疗困难，预后极差。结论AIDS病眼部带状疱疹性机会性感染重在预防和早期发现，治疗AIDS眼部感染以早治疗为佳。
