内囊血肿动物模型出现心电图异常 被引量:5

Electrocardiographic abnormality in an animal model of internal capsule hematoma

摘要 目的:观察脑出血是否能引起心电图(ECG)异常。方法:56只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:对照组10只,左侧内囊血肿组22只,右侧内囊血肿组24只。麻醉后,用监护仪监测动物的ECG,将120μl新鲜鼠血注入大鼠内囊处,观察其ECG变化。结果:右侧内囊血肿组的ECG异常发生率为62.5%(15/24),左侧内囊血肿组为36.4%(8/22),2组无统计学差异(χ2=3.0057,P>0.05)。ECG异常表现为ST段上抬(24/46)、心房扑动(12/46)和频发室性早搏(7/46)。70.8%鼠(17/24)的ECG异常发生在内囊血肿形成后3小时内。对照组在监测过程中未发现ECG异常。结论:内囊血肿可引起ECG异常。 Objective:To observe whether electrocardiographic (ECG) abnormality can be induced by cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Fiftysix Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups:controls group ( n =10),left internal capsule hematoma group ( n =22) and right internal capsule hematoma group ( n =24).Following anesthesia,120 μl fresh blood was injected into internal capsule of rats and ECG changes were observed.Results:Frequency of ECG abnormality was 62 5% (15/24) in the right internal capsule hematoma group,and 36 4% (8/22) in the left internal capsule hematoma group,respectively.There was no significant difference between 2 groups (χ 2= 3 005 7 , P >0 05).The ECG abnormality was characterized by ST segment elevation (24/46),atrial flutter (12/46),and highfrequency ventricular premature beats(7/46).ECG abnormality in 70 8% 17/24 rats occurred within 3 hours of intracerebral hematoma formation.The ECG abnormality was not found in the control group during the observation period.Conclusions:ECG abnormality can be induced by cerebral hemorrhage.
