桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:8

The effects of Inonotus obliquus on immunity ability of mice

摘要 探讨桦褐孔菌粗多糖对正常小鼠和低免疫力小鼠免疫功能的影响。依据各实验具体分组进行实验观察该药物对正常小鼠和低免疫小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响,结果表明白桦茸多糖可显著促进淋巴细胞转化,有提高免疫功能的作用。 To study the effects of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide on the immunity activity of the normal and Immunosuppression mice. Mice were randomly divided in to different groups depending on different experiments to investigate the inonotus obliquus effects on transformation of lymph cells of mice of each group. It was found that Inonotus obliquus obviously increased the index transformation of lymph ceils of mice and had effects on increasing the immunity ability.
