摘要
根据制造企业生产设备实时化运行维护所应具备的主要功能要求,提出了一个基于改进型设备综合效率(OEE)计算和设备功能区块图的设备实时监控系统四层结构框架,该框架包括设备信息采集层、实时监控管理层、效能分析层和设备调度管理层,可以应用于生产制造执行系统(MES)中设备管理子系统的设计,并且使大型复杂设备维护系统的设计条理化和模块化,使企业的设备维护流程和管理运作达到最佳效率.
According the main function requirement of the real-time production equipment maintenance of manufacturing enterprise, a framework supporting real-time production equipment maintenance management system was proposed based on Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) calculation and Function Block Diagram. This framework included Equipment Information Collection level, Real Time Monitoring level, Equipment Capability Analyses level, and Equipment Scheduling Management level. Its structure can be expected to apply in equipment management subsystem design of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), with the advantage of consecution and modularization for complex equipment maintenance management system, and provide guidance for the maintenance operation flow development of an efficient factory.
