摘要
高校青年教师职业承诺是连接教师与学校的心理纽带,与教师的工作态度、工作绩效和去留倾向关系密切,直接影响到高校教学质量和未来发展。文章以问卷调查法初步探讨了高校青年教师职业承诺的内部结构、人口学特征资料对职业承诺的影响以及职业承诺与离职意愿的关系,并根据研究结果提出了相关建议,以期提高教师的承诺水平和学校的管理效能。
Occupational commitments of universities' young faculty are the psychological link between teacher and university. It is related not only to efficacy and benefit of university, but also the to whole higher education. The purpose of research is to investigate the internal structure of universities' young faculty occupational commitment, the distinction of different teachers as well as the relation between their occupational commitments and dismiss situation. In the end of the article, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the level of universities' young faculty occupational commitment and the job performance of the section related to teachers.
