COX—2在脑胶质瘤中的表达及与PTEN的相关性研究

摘要 目的:研究环氧化酶—2(COX—2)与蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶基因(PTEN)在各级脑胶质瘤中的表达阳性率与脑胶质瘤病理分级的关系,以及COX—2与PTEN之间的关系。方法:利用免疫组化SP法检测46例脑胶质瘤手术中标本中COX—2与PTEN的表达水平,并比较二者的相关性。结果:随着脑胶质瘤病理级别的升高,COX—2的表达阳性率分别为Ⅰ级15.38%,Ⅱ级33.33%,Ⅲ级70.00%,Ⅳ级87.50%。PTEN的表达阳性率分别为Ⅰ级53.85%,Ⅱ级46.67%,Ⅲ级30.00%,Ⅳ级0.00%。并且将样本分为低级别组合高级别组,二者之间的差别具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:COX—2与PTEN的表达对判断胶质瘤的病理分级及开展临床新的治疗方法有一定的意义。 Objective: To study the expression of cox-2 and PTEN in Brain glioma and their correlation with pathological characteristics of glioma and the relationship between them, Methods: The expression of cox-2and PTEN was observed by immunohistochemical method in--46cases with glioma and the relationship between them, Results: Expression of both cox-2and PTEN significantly increased with the increase of grades of glioma malignant.The positive rate of COX--2 in glioma was Ⅰ :15.38%, Ⅱ :33.33%,Ⅲ:70.00%, Ⅳ:87.50% respectively,The positive rate of PTEN in glioma was Ⅰ :53.85%, Ⅱ :46.67%,Ⅲ:30.00%,Ⅳ:0.00% respectively.There was singnificant diference between them, if we classified them into low grade and high grade, Conclusions: Expression of cox--2 and PTEN mights have great significance in evaluating the pathological grades and clinical treatment.
