摘要
采用硝酸铈铵[Ce(Ⅳ)]-聚乙烯醇(PVA)氧化还原体系作引发剂,PVA与丙烯酸(AC)进行接枝共聚,得到了PVA接枝聚丙烯酸共聚物(PVA-g-PAC)。研究了反应条件对接枝共聚反应的影响,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。将PVA-g-PAC钠盐与季铵化聚阳离子PVA制备聚离子复合物膜,初步用于乙醇/水渗透汽化膜分离,分离因子α=600~2000、渗透通量J=500~1000g/(m^2·h)。
Grafted PVA-PAC (polyvinyl alcohol-polyacryhc acid) copolymers have been synthesized using a system combining ammonium eerie nitrate ( Ⅳ ) and PVA as an initiator. The influence of reaction conditions on the graft copolymerization is investigated. The composite membranes are made from PVA-g-PAC salt and QAPVA ( quatemized PVA polycation electrolyte), and used in pervaporation separation of ethanol and water (with ethanol weight ratio of 95 % ). In that process the permeation flux can be 500-1000 g/(m^2.h)and the separation factor can reach to 600-2000.
