摘要
针对目前脱绒棉种介电选种机存在的分选电场不稳定,分选效果不佳等问题,对双绕线圈滚筒电场模型进行了研究。根据介电选种机分选滚筒上双绕线圈缠绕的特点建立了分选电场的数学模型,利用ANSYS软件对介电选种机分选电场进行有限元数值分析。通过分析得出:双绕线圈表面的电场强度分布是不均匀的,其分布曲线近似于正弦曲线,在两电极的接触点取得最大值,在保证电极耐压安全性的前提下应尽量增大分选电压并减小绝缘层的厚度,此结论为进一步对滚筒电极的优化配置提供了可靠的理论依据。
We took a research on electric field model of bifilar winding roller and set up an analysis model of electric field on the basis of the bifilar winding electrodes characteristic. Take a finite element analysis on the electric field of dielectric delinted cottonseed separator by using ANSYS software and draw the conclusion that the distribution of electric field intensity is asymmetric and distributing curve is the sinusoid, on the contacting point of electrode the maximum electric field is obtained, increasing the separating voltage and minish the thickniss of insolating layer on the basis of electrode security. This provides a reliable theoretical basis for further optimization of electrodes.
