摘要
论述了混合集成压控振荡器可靠性的设计思路和设计方法,给出了常见的一些失效模式,并从元器件及材料选择、电路设计、降额设计、提高抗静电击穿能力设计等几个方面,进行了理论分析、工艺攻关并采取优化措施,解决了电路宽温工作、内部水汽含量和多余物控制以及关键工序的在线监控等一系列问题,提高了混合集成压控振荡器产品的可靠性。
The design consideration and method disscussed, some common failure modes were given. of hybrid integrated voltage controlled oscillator were Through theory analyzing, material choosing, circuit designing, derating designing, anti-electrostatic breakdown were improved, process was optimized. A series of problems, such as wide temperature operation, water vapor content, redundant control and key process online monitoring are solved, the reliability of hybrid-integrated voltage controlled oscillator is improved.
