停车场空余泊位数时段变化规律及停车预报方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了解停车场空余泊位数时间变化的规律并对停车信息进行预报以帮助驾驶员进行出行前的停车决策,在对某个实际停车场空余泊位数时间变化数据统计分析的基础上,得到了一些有用的结论与规律,包括连续一周内各工作日的空余停车泊位数变化规律、短时期内各工作日的空余停车泊位数变化规律及较长时间内工作日的空余停车泊位数变化规律等;并在此基础上确定了停车预报的基本方法和依据,且通过模糊c-均值聚类方法对各时段停车特征进行了归类预测,归类结果有助于驾驶员的出行决策. In order to learn variation rules of the number of unoccupied parking lots with period of time and to forecast parking information for drivers' parking decisions before their trips, on the basis of statistical analysis of a true park's unoccupied parking space data with time, some useful conclusions and rules are obtained including the variation rule of the number of unoccupied parking spaces of one week' s working days, the variation rule of the number of unoccupied parking lots of the near working days and the variation rule of the number of unoccupied parking spaces of the farther working days. Then from these the method and basis for parking forecast are obtained, and by the fuzzy c-mean cluster way parking characteristic of every period of time is classified and forecasted, which can help drivers make decisions of their trips.
