摘要
通过实验对比了药芯焊丝中添加辅料的种类和不同质量分数对焊丝发尘率的影响.辅料对焊丝发尘率的影响分为增加发尘率、降低发尘率、以及基本没有影响3大类,氟硅酸钠有增加发尘率的倾向,随着氟硅酸钠质量分数的增加,焊丝发尘率逐渐增加.钛铁矿对焊丝发尘率的影响不明显.合适的金属粉匹配适量的长石可以大幅度的降低焊丝发尘率.在一定的范围内,增加长石质量分数有利于降低发尘率.
The effects of the category and content of cored materials on FFR (fume formation rate) were studied . The results show that cored materials can be divided into three kinds in which, the first one can enhance the FFR, the second one can lower the FFR, and the third one has no effects on the FFR. Different kinds of cored materials and its content have different effects on the FFR. FFR is enhanced to couple with the increasing of the contents of Na2SiF6. No obvious effects of the ilmenite on the FFR can be found. The FFR can be lowered greatly when the core perfect matches of metal powders and feldspar. It is propitious for lowering the FFR when increasing the content of feldspar in appropriate confine ment.
