摘要
新课程改革能否落实到信息技术课堂教学中的关键,是信息技术教师是否拥有与新课程的教学理念相一致的教育信念。而分析影响信息技术教师教育信念的形成因素,是找到促进信息技术教师教育信念变革的有效策略的本源性保证。文章构建了信息技术教师的教育信念与其形成因素之间的关系模型,并对文化环境、教育培训、自我反思等因素进行了详细的分析。
The key of the new curriculum reform can be implemented to practice in information technology class is whether the information technology teachers have the educational belief which is consistent with the new curriculum philosophy. And the analysis of formative factor of the information technology teachers' educational belief is an original guarantee of finding effective strategies of promoting it to change.In this paper,we construct a relational Model between the information technology teachers' belief and its formative factor, and analyse the cultural environment factor, educational training factor and self-reflection factor.
