丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及其机制 被引量:25

摘要 目的观察丹红注射液对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏的保护作用及其机制。方法将实验用6个月龄雄性SPF级GK大鼠随机分为B组和C组,喂食高脂饲料,制备糖尿病肾病模型。同时选取正常Wistar大鼠为A组。C组大鼠用丹红治疗8周。观察大鼠实验中的一般情况;比较大鼠血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率、24h尿蛋白排泄率、过氧化物酶及超氧化物歧化酶。结果(1)实验过程中只有B组大鼠死亡3只,其余两组均无死亡情况。(2)B组和C组大鼠血糖、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿清蛋白排泄率、肌酐清除率、糖化血红蛋白、过氧化物酶及超氧化物歧化酶与A组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0·05);C组大鼠除血糖外,其他指标与B组比较,差别亦有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论丹红可以改善糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能,可能是通过抑制氧化糖基化对肾脏起到保护作用。 Objective To observe the protective effect of Danhong injection on renal and its mechanism in rats with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Six - month - old special pathogen free (SPF) GK rats were randomized into Group B and Group C to prepare DN models with high fat diet, and Wistar rats were chosen as Group A. Group C were given an 8 -month treatment with Danhong to observe the general health state of the experimental rates; We compared blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, creatinine clearance, 24 - hour excretory rate of urine protein, peroxydase and erythrocuprein, Results (1) Diabetes mellitus and renal function lesion occurred in Group B and Group C. (2) Danhong had no effect on the blood gloucose levels, but could improve the general health state, decrease blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin and the 24 - hour excretory rate of urine protein, and increase the clearance rates of creatinine and malonaldehyde and those of creatinine and erythrocuprein. Conclusion Danhong can improve renal function of DN rats and may play a role in protecting kidney by inhibiting oxidative stress and glycosylation.
