c—myc反义寡核苷酸对大鼠半乳糖性白内障形成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 白内障是眼科常见病,是主要的致盲性眼病之一。国内外学者正在积极探索治疗白内障的有效方法。随着分子生物学技术的快速发展,白内障的基因治疗已经进入人们的研究范围。癌基因的异常表达与晶状体上皮细胞(1ens epithelial cell,LEC)的增殖分化密切相关,而LEC的增殖分化是白内障发生发展的病理基础。许多研究结果表明,
