摘要
荚膜是包围在细菌细胞外的一层粘液状或胶质状物质,由于荚膜与染料的亲和力弱,不容易着色,所以通常用衬托染色法染色,使菌体和背景着色,而荚膜不着色,从而在菌体周围形成一透明圈.实验选用3种荚膜染色制片方法湿墨水法、干墨水法、Anthony法对细菌荚膜的染色制片进行理论探索和实验总结.
Perfringen is warrants or warrants gelatinous material surrounded on a layer of mucus in bacterial cells,which is made mainly of polysaccharide,sugar protein or activity.The affinity between perfringen and dye is weak,so perfringen is not easy to color;and perfringen can dissolvein water,as a result,it can be removed easily when rushing.So in contrast to the usual law dyeing,we can make the background color and Clostridium not color,so we can get a transparent circle around the vector.As perfringen is rich in water,producers should naturally dry and avoid heating evaporation.On this basis,we can make theoretical explorations and experiments on the dyeing production of bacteria Clostridium.In this experiment,we choose three perfringens dyeing production methods:wet ink law,dry ink law,Anthony law.
