摘要
介绍了一种控温精确、应用广泛、功能完善、性能可靠的程序控制深冷处理箱。采用该深冷设备研究了1Cr20Co6Ni2WMoV马氏体热强钢的残余奥氏体及硬度随冷处理温度的变化趋势。利用X射线和透射电镜(TEM)研究了材料的显微组织和相组成。结果表明,SLX程序控制深冷箱结构设计合理、控温准确、箱内温度分布均匀;随冷处理温度降低,试验钢的残余奥氏体的含量降低,硬度值从HRC25.6升高到HRC36.6。
In this paper, a program - control cryogenic container, SLX, is introduced. It' s a program - controlled apparatus. The effect of cold treatment temperature on residual austenite and hardness of a martensitic heat - resistant steel were researched using the SLX. The microstructure and phases were investigated by X-ray and TEM. Results showed that the temperature is symmetrical in the cryogenic container and the temperature is accuracy. There are many retaining austenite and a little ferrite in the steel after water quenched. With cold treatment temperature decreased from -30 ℃ to - 196 ℃, the amount of residual austenite decreased and the hardness of the steel increased from HRC 25.6 to HRC 36.6.
