摘要
目的建立测定山豆根药材中高丽槐素的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为KromasilODS-1(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为310nm,柱温为25℃。结果高丽槐素在0.1908~5.724μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=1.6%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,提供了更好的控制山豆根药材质量的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of maackiain in Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.. Methods The separation was performed on a Krornasil OD-1 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisted of ACN-0. 1% HAC, gradient elutve. The flow rate was 1, 0 mL · min^-1. The UV detective wavelength was 310 nm. Results The calibration curves of maackiain were in good linearity over 0. 190 8-5. 724μg (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 4% with RSD of 1.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It provides a better quality control method for Sophora tonkinensis Gapnep.
