摘要 提出了一种基于Agent的智能导购系统.首先,系统通过人机交互方式获取顾客的当前需求,并将当前需求与内嵌的专家知识进行集成,利用多属性决策方法作为比较机制,为顾客推荐合适的商品.为了减少人机交互时间,系统还提出基于顾客的协同过滤方法.最后,采用JADE平台开发了原型系统,并进行系统的集成和Web应用设计. An agent-based shopping system is presented. First, the system can acquire the customer's current needs from system-customer interactions. Then the system integrates built-in expert knowledge and the customer's current needs, and recommends optimal products based on multi-attribute decision method. To reduce the effort of system-customer interactions, the system utilizes customer-based collaboration filtering approach to recommend the products. Finally, an experimental prototype based on JADE is developed, which integrates the system with a Web application.
