摘要
本文分析了外语教学中语言教学与文化教学的关系,指出文化教学在外语教学中的重要性。大学英语教学的任务不只是培养学生的语言技能,它的教育功能还应当体现在对学生的认知能力、文化素养等方面的培养。正确处理语言教学与文化教学的关系,是提高外语教学质量的有效途径。
This paper analyzes the relationship between language teaching and cultural teaching. It points out the importance of cultural teaching in foreign language teaching. The aims of college English teaching is not only to develop the students＇language skills but also the cognition and cultural competence The proper combination of language teaching with cultural teaching is an effective way to improve the quality of foreign language teaching.
