摘要
医院职业陪护一直是医院管理中的老大难问题。职业陪护呈现"三大"、"三乱"的现状。运用六西格玛管理的理念和方法,提出了对职业陪护实行"四统一"管理的模式,加强对职业陪护的管理,取得了较好效果。
It is a long-standing problem in hospital management on professional caregivers.The present situation of it is concluded to Three Biggest and Three Chaos.With applying the conception and methods of Six Sigma management, we have presented and benefited from the Four-unified model to strength the management on the professional caregivers.
