摘要
动刀片刃口变形崩刃是玉米青贮机切碎装置存在的主要问题之一。为此,应用有限元ANSYS软件,对滚筒式切割器直板式动刀片进行了应力分布和变形计算分析,求解出刃口的切割和剪切应力变化曲线,并结合动刀片磨损曲线,得出刃口变钝和崩刃是动刀片主要失效和破坏形式的结论;同时,提出了防止动刀片失效的措施。
Deformation and breakage of blade' s cutting edge are serious problems existing in shredding mechanism of si- lage maize harvester. The paper obtained changing curves of cutting and shearing stress by analyzing stress distribution and calculating deformation for blades of drum cutter means with the help of ANSYS software. Combined with the abrasion curve at the same time, the study shows that dulls and breakage of blade are common manifestations to the failure of blades, and puts forward some measures to avoid such problem.
