摘要 建立了测定硒的方法。采用微波消解氢化物发生-原子荧光法(HG-AFS)测定灵芝孢子粉、超微硒粉及富硒大米中的硒。方法的检出限为3ng,线性范围为0.01μg~0.2μg,平均回收率在87.5%~101.2%之间(n=5)。 This paper created a method to determinate selenium. Determinate selenium in Ganoderma Lucidum Spores Chaoweikang -xiyuanfen and Seleniu-enriched rice by Microwave Digestion HG-AFS method .The the average recovery is detection limit (DL) of the method is 3.0 ng ,the linear range is 0.01 μg-0.2μg and 87.5%-101.2 % (n = 5).
