摘要
探讨了利用水热处理废旧刨花板回收刨花的技术。主要从水热处理的温度、时间以及刨花板尺寸三个因素进行实验分析。通过对刨花板的吸水率和厚度膨胀率以及所得刨花的筛分值进行测定,得出废旧刨花板水热处理再生刨花的最佳工艺参数。研究表明,规格为20cm×20cm的废旧刨花板在100℃沸水中处理60分钟,或高温高压水热处理20分钟可得到理想的再生刨花形态。
The paper stated the technology of water-thermal treatment for waste particleboard to get the recycled particles. Analyzing the experiment results from three factors: the temperature of water, the processing time and the particleboard size. By measuring water absorption and thickness swelling rate of the particleboard, we obtained the best parameters of water-thermal treatment for waste particleboard. The result showed that ideal recycled particles could be gained using waste particleboard of 20cm×20cm by 60 minutes of boiling water-thermal treatment or 20 minutes of high temperature and high pressure water-thermal treatment.
