摘要
根据影响轴类零件的随机动态载荷的主要因素,设定多层次指标体系,将层次分析法(AHP)用于随机动态载荷的分析评定中.该方法将轴类零件所受的复杂的随机动态载荷问题分解成若干层次,在各层次上对随机动态载荷进行定量分析.根据分析结果,建立随机动态载荷的分级标准,为合理载荷模型的确定提供依据.
According to the main factors which affecting the random loads on shaft-class parts, a multilevel target system was established and the analytical hierarchy process method was applied to the analysis and assess of the random dynamic loads. The random dynamic loads on the parts were disintegrated into several hierarchies, and then quantitative evaluation was made for random loads in every hierarchies. The classification criterion of random loads was established based on the analytic results, providing a foundation for logical loads model.
