摘要
目的:研究溶剂法提取黄芩中汉黄芩素的最佳方案。方法:采用不同的溶剂体系进行提取和分离,以提取率为指标作比较。结果:从黄芩药材中提取汉黄芩素的最佳方案为用甲醇进行索氏提取,时间5小时,提取液浓缩得膏体,再通过柱色谱分离,用石油醚-乙酸乙酯进行梯度洗脱。结论:与传统水煎提取法相比,该提取法使黄芩中汉黄芩素提取率提高近2倍。
Objective:The optimum extraction and isolation of wogonin from the root of Scutellaria was determined. Methods: The compound was extracted and isolated by different solvents. Result:The compound was isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and was identified as wogonin. The best way was to use Soxhlet% apparatus to extract the compounds from the root of Seutellaria with methanol and later isolate wogonin with petroleum ether-aeetoaeetate. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional water extraction, the extraction yield of wogonin increase a 2 times.
