生长抑素受体在胃癌及大肠癌中的表达和临床应用

摘要 生长抑素（somatostatin，SST）是一种由D细胞分泌的多肽类激素，广泛存在于人体内分泌及外分泌系统中，有广泛的生物学效应，在胃肠道中主要在胃底、胃体、胃窦、大肠和小肠中分泌。近年来，SST抗肿瘤增殖效应及人工合成的生长抑素类似物（somatostatin analogue，SSTA）的临床应用，受到越来越多的关注。SST及SSTA通过细胞表面的生长抑素受体（somatostatin receptor，SSTR）发挥生理效应。
