摘要
人才测评通过大学生职业生涯规划的自我评价、现实审查、目标设定和行动规划这四种途径发挥作用。分别运用自陈量表式人格测验、职业兴趣与职业价值观测验、职业能力倾向测验和评价中心技术帮助大学生进行职业生涯规划。在具体应用过程中,应充分重视人才测评的本土化问题、人才测评的间接性特点和客观评价人才测评结果对大学生的影响度和作用三个方面的问题。
Talent assessment works through self assessment, reality examination, goal settling and action planning in college students' career planning. It applies self-report personality test,vocational interest and value test,aptitude test and assessment centre to college students' career planning. In application great importance should be attached to the localization and indirectness of talent assessment and the impact of objective evaluation of the assessment result on college students.
