籼稻新质源光(温)敏核不育两用系的育性转换特性

摘要 在籼型水稻渝83-1A-4/IR8F3中发现光(温)敏核不育新材料—CQPGMS,经连续定向选择,选育出101S、3001S、7646S三个核不育两用系。它们的不育临界起点温度低(<24℃),在重庆气候条件下有40天以上的稳定的全不育期,制种安全可靠。3001S、101S有较好的光敏性,9月初转为可育,在9月上、中旬不出现连续阴雨的条件下,三个不育系均易于繁殖。 Three genic male sterile dual purpose lines,101S,3001S and 7646S derived from CQPGMS——a male sterile plant of a F 3 progeny of the cross Yu85 1A 4/IR8,are newly developed indica PTGMS lines with lower critical temperature(24℃). Their sterility is very stable during sterile stage(over 40 days)in Chongqing.It is safe to produce hybrid seeds under long day length condition in summer.In early September,these lines become fertile.three GMS lines can be multiplied easily and the selfed seed setting percentage are higher than 30% unless it rains continually from September 5 to 20.
