摘要
目的：建立复方蒲黄肠康胶囊中五倍子的质量标准。方法：用TLC法鉴别制剂中的五倍子，用HPLC法测定制剂中没食子酸的含量。色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇：0．1％磷酸溶液（10：90）；检测波长为273nm。结果：在TLC色谱中能检出五倍子，没食子酸在26～56μg／m1范围内，线性关系良好（r2=0．9999），平均回收率为98．99％，RSD为1.22％。结论：所建鉴别方法专属性强，定量方法简便、准确，可用于复方蒲黄肠康胶囊中五倍子的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quality standards of Galla Chinensis for Fufang Puhuang Changkang capsules. Methods： The presence of Galla Chinensis was identified by TLC. The content Of gallic acid was determined by HPLC. The separation of gallic acid was performed on Hypersil 0DS2 chromatographic column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol--0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （10： 90） with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detection wavelength of 273nm. Results：TLC can be used to deter- mine the presence of Galla Chinensis. The linear range of gallic acid was 26-56μ
g/ml （r2 = 0. 9999）. the average recovery rate was 98. 99% （RSD= 1. 22 M）. Conclusion：These methods are specific and accurate, they can be used to control the quality of Galla Chinensis for Fufang Puhuang Changkang capsules.
