摘要
将天蚕抗菌肽B基因应用基因枪法导入水稻发芽种胚,获得转基因植株。经Basta抗性鉴定,应用PCR技术和Southern印迹分折表明,抗菌肽B基因已整合到水稻的基因组。T3抗白叶枯病株系Northern印迹分折证明抗菌肽B基因在RNA水平有表达。
Transgenic plants transformed with cecropin B gene using biolistic method were regenerated from germinative embryo of rice. Herbicide basta selection, PCR technique and Southern blot analysis confirmed that stable integration of cecropin B gene into the rice genome had occurred。Results from Northern blot analysis of transgenic T3 lines for resistance to rice bacterial blight domonstrated that the cecropin B gene was inherited by successive generations up to the T3 progeny and expressed at the mRNA level.
