摘要
介绍了双支点回转型连杆杠杆式机械手指的工作原理,对传力比与传动效率进行分析,根据手指的工作原理找出适合该手指的倾斜角。在3D造型中建立手指模型并运用CAD/CAE软件进行运动模拟,为优化手指参数作准备。
It introduces the working principle, transmission ratio and transmission efficiency of the double supported revolving linkage leveraged mechanical fingers. Based on analysis of the transmission ratio and transmission efficiency, it shows the method to find out the right tilt angle of the finger. It builds the 3D model of the fingers in CAD/CAE system, simulates the motion. The result can be used for optimizing the parameters of the fingers.
