摘要
目的观察航海环境应激紧张程度因素对舰艇官兵生化参数及其免疫功能的影响。方法将246名舰艇官兵按应激紧张程度由轻到重分为A、B、C3个组,其中A<B<C组,检测肝功能、肾功能、脂类、血糖,T、B、NK淋巴细胞亚群等22项生化免疫参数,然后进行统计学相关分析。结果B组CD3+T淋巴细胞显著高于C组,增加1.87%(P<0.05);B组CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞显著高于C组,增加2.23%(P<0.05);A组ALB显著低于C组,减少0.87g/L(P<0.05);A组、B组A/G显著低于C组,比值均减少0.15(P<0.05)。结论不同应激紧张程度对CD3+T淋巴细胞、CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞免疫指标和ALB、A/G生化参数可能有不同程度影响。
Objective To study the effects of different degree of stress on the biochemical parameters and immune function of sailors in warships. Methods The biochemistry parameters and immune function including hepatic and renal functions, level of blood lipids, sugar, as well as level of T, B, and NK lymphocytes in 246 sailors were measured. The sailors were divided into Group A, Group B and Group C according to the degree of stress ( A 〈 B 〈 C). Results CD3^+T cells were 1.87% more in Group B than in Group C (P 〈 0.05). CD3^- CD19 B cells were 2.23% more in group B than in Group C( P 〈 0.05). ALB was 0.87 g/L less in Group A than in Group C ( P 〈 0.05). A/G in Group A and Group B was also 0.15 less than in Group C ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Differemt degree of stress may have different effects on CD3^+ T, CD3- CD19^+ B cells, as well as ALB, A/G in sailors.
